The simple structure and clear expectations of United Generation are found in our 3E purpose statement: “Encounter, Engage, Endeavor.”

3E: Encounter, Engage, Endeavor

This describes not only our goal, but how it will be accomplished. Here’s how we help people move through the process of spiritual formation:

1) Encounter God. Every member of United Generation is expected to participate regularly in worship services where they will draw closer to God.

2) Engage the culture. The people of United Generation should be involved in a Sunday School class and / or a Life Group so they can be connected with others in the church culture.

3) Endeavor to serve. United Generation has many opportunities to serve others. Members should be involved in at least one of these offerings.

From the first time you arrive at UG, you’ll be given real opportunities to take you through the 3E process. We’re certain that this simple approach to church will keep you moving towards Christ-centeredness.
